U 300g prosijanog bra\u0161na dodati \u0161e\u0107er, sol i kvasac, promijesati pa dodati toplo mlijeko sa maslacem. Isklofati tijesto pa dodati jo\u0161 50g bra\u0161na i ostaviti da se digne 30 minuta.  Nakon dizanja ce biti i \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e. Tijesto razvaljati na pobrasnjenoj podlozi vaditi \u010da\u0161om. Ostaviti da se digne. Od ostataka tijesta mo\u017ee\u0161 napraviti jo\u0161 krafni ali \u0107e teksturom biti razli\u010dite zbog ponovnog valjanja pa mo\u017ee\u0161 izrezati na manje dijelove i napraviti &#8220;fritule&#8221;<br>Zagrijati fritezu na 180 stupnjeva,\u00a0 i krafne peci 6 minuta. Gotove krafne napuniti dzemom, premazati rastopljenim maslacem i uvaljati u \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Na taj na\u010din jo\u0161 vi\u0161e lice na przene.
