Razdvojiti zumanjke i bjelanjke. Bjelanjke zajedno sa secerom umutiti u \u010dvrst snijeg, u njih dodati zumanjke, ulje, mlijeko sa \u010dokoladom. Dobro umutiti i dodati bra\u0161no sa praskom za pecivo. Umutiti tek toliko da se sve spoji, ma manje od 20 sekundi.Presipati u veliki protvan od pecnice. Peci na 180 oko 20 minuta.Pra\u0161ak za puding, \u0161e\u0107er i 2dcl mlijeka umutiti da ne bude grudica. Dodati ostatak mlijeka I zakipiti uz mije\u0161anje pred kraj. U vru\u0107e dodati bijelu cokoladu i maslac. Pokriti folijom i ohladiti. U hladno dodati vrhnje za \u0161lag i pjenasto umutiti kremu. Vrhnje se prethodno ne treba mutiti.Prerezati biskvit po du\u017eini. Jedan nafilati, drugim poklopiti. Posuti secerom u prahu i ukrasiti \u0161lagom ukoliko \u017eelite.
