Klofati tijesto par minuta nakon \u0161to popije svo bra\u0161no. Nakon toga dodati preostalih 100g bra\u0161na. Zamijesiti mekano tijesto, lijepi se za prste pa dodati 2 \u017elice ulja i formirati kuglu. Ostaviti tijesto 2 sata da se dize.<br>Zatim tijesto pritisnuti da se izbaci zrak od dizanja. Na pobrasnjenoj podlozi rezati oblike koje \u017eeli\u0161 ali na svaki oblik zarezati jednu crtu jer ipak radimo poderane ga\u0107e.<br>Zbog te rupe na tijestu ga\u0107e su gotove za 2 minute&#8230;<br>Pr\u017ee se u ulju sa svake strane dok ne dobiju tu lijepu zlatno \u017eutu boju. Morate biti pored njih jer lako izgore.<br>Vru\u0107e stavljati na papir da se makne vi\u0161ak ulja ili tapkati svaku zasebno sa papirnatim ru\u010dnikom. Jo\u0161 vru\u0107e posuti secerom u prahu i gustat u njima.
