Promijesati i dodati hladan maslac 30g.<br>Utrljati u bra\u0161no i dodati sir i jaje( ostaviti si malo jaja za premaz da ne trebate dodatno razbijati jaje).<br>Zamijesiti rukom, ako se ne spaja kako treba dodati \u017elicu hladne vode.<br>Razvaljati i premazati sa preostalom koli\u010dinom maslaca. Preklopiti u kvadrat, razvaljati. Smotati kao strudlu i razvaljati ponovno i sklopiti u kvadrat. Ohladiti 15 minuta. Razvaljati i \u010da\u0161om vaditi krugove. 10 krugova ostaviti cijele a drugima vaditi rupu van. Premazati vodom i spojiti.
