Svaki puta kada pecem kruh pe\u010dem u ovoj padeli koju koristim par godina i savrsena je! Tu istu padelu ilitiga lonac mozes naci na\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/metalac_hrvatska\/\">@metalac_hrvatska<\/a>\u00a0svakako preporucujem! Kruh je predivan kada ga peces na ovaj na\u010din. Ja sam radila jedan manji kruhi\u0107, pa ti slobodno poduplaj mjere<br>2 \u0161alice bra\u0161na tip 550, \u0161alice su od 2dl uvijek poravnaj sa no\u017eem da ima\u0161 dobru koli\u010dinu<br>1 \u0161alica tople vode<br>1 zlica soli<br>Prstohvat \u0161e\u0107era<br>Pola suhog kvasca<br>Maslinovo ulje oko 2 \u017elice<br>Za punjenje ovog malenoga kruha koji se ne mijesi uzela sam 5 kolutica baranjske kobasice, 5 dag mozzarele i su\u0161eni origano.<br>Pe\u010de se 25 minuta poklopljen i 10 minuta otklopljen, dok ne dobije boju. Odmah ga izvadi\u0161 na neku resetku da se ohladi.
